This diverse collection of intimate portraits displays Maria’s interest with the people who make up sub-culture communities. Her portraits have been published in many international magazines and she regularly contributed photo stories to CBC Radio3 webzine. Maria’s Marijuana Pin-Ups have been featured in countless fringe magazines, the cover of High Times and have been printed into calendars.  Her portraits of the fetish world have been exhibited in many galleries, she has had her interviews and photographs published (see Artist Bio) and she was also selected to participate in the Association of Photography London Open exhibition. Maria continues to access the individuals who make up the communities that choose to live unconventionally.
